DeepInception（以下「当事業者」）は、当事業者が提供する iOS アプリ（HinaBlocks を含み、以下「本アプリ」）および本 Web サイトにおける利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 本アプリが収集する情報
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報、利用履歴などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。
2. スクリーンタイム機能について
本アプリは、アプリの利用を制限するために Apple が提供する Screen Time API（FamilyControls、ManagedSettings など）を使用します。利用者がブロックの対象として選んだアプリは、Apple が発行する識別子（トークン）として端末内でのみ扱われ、当事業者がアプリ名や利用状況を知ることはできません。これらの設定は端末内に保存され、当事業者のサーバーを含む外部に送信されることはありません。
3. 解析ツール・広告・トラッキング
本アプリおよび本 Web サイトは、アクセス解析ツール、広告、トラッキングを使用しません。
4. お問い合わせで受け取る情報
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、受け取ったメールアドレスとお問い合わせ内容は、返信および対応のためにのみ利用します。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。
5. 本 Web サイトについて
本 Web サイトは GitHub Pages で公開しています。閲覧時に、サービス提供元の GitHub, Inc. がセキュリティ等の目的で IP アドレスなどを記録する場合があります。詳しくは GitHub のプライバシーに関する声明をご確認ください。本 Web サイト自体は Cookie を使用しません。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容を変更する場合は、このページでお知らせします。本アプリで取り扱う情報の範囲を広げる場合は、事前にこのページを更新します。

This Privacy Policy explains how DeepInception ("we") handles information in our iOS apps, including HinaBlocks (the "Apps"), and on this website.
1. Information the Apps collect
The Apps do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or usage history. No account is required.
2. Screen Time features
The Apps use Apple's Screen Time API (such as FamilyControls and ManagedSettings) to restrict access to apps. The apps you choose to block are handled on your device only, as opaque identifiers (tokens) issued by Apple. We cannot see the names of those apps or how you use them. These settings are stored on your device and are never sent to us or to any other server.
3. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Neither the Apps nor this website use analytics tools, advertising, or tracking.
4. Information you send us
If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to respond to you. We do not share them with third parties, except where required by law.
5. This website
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. When you visit, GitHub, Inc. may log information such as your IP address for security and operational purposes. Please see GitHub's General Privacy Statement. This website itself does not use cookies.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page. If the Apps ever begin to handle additional information, we will update this page beforehand.
